Catherine met Dr. Hendry Raharjo on 30/10/2012. Dr. Raharjo is an assistant professor of Technology Management and Economics, and, Quality Science of Chalmers University of Technology. He has been researched on QFD for some years with the primary focus on the mathematics. Dr. Raharjo travelled long distance from Sweden to Hong Kong was for a joint research project of his university and City University of Hong Kong on formulating a QFD model for product sustainability. Catherine was very happy meeting Dr. Raharjo. She has exchanged some ideas on QFD with him and also has shared with him the current development status of QFD in Hong Kong.
