Prof. Paulo A. Miguel Cauchick visited Hong Kong in early December. Catherine has known him for many years. Both of them are committee members of International Council of QFD and they regularly meet at QFD international symposia. Whilst Prof. Cauchick came to Hong Kong was primarily for an international conference, he also spoke at a QFD Seminar that organized by our Association on 10/12. As this was the first time Prof. Cachick visiting Hong Kong, Catherine, of course, was pleased to show him around. Prof. Cauchick was greatly impressed by the beautiful night scene of Victoria Harbour. He has tasted the local and various Chinese food. Among them, he likes the spicy Sichuan chicken most.
