Catherine attended the 2nd Chinese Quality Forum (CQF) which was held at City University of Hong Kong on 14th march 2014. As a Chinese and as a speaker of the 1st CQF that held in Taipei of Taiwan in 2012, Catherine greatly supports this activity. This time, more quality management leaders and experts from Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China came to join the forum. Based on profound Chinese philosophy and wisdom, speakers actively shared their viewpoints on the current practices and their expectations. Their sharing has laid a fertile ground for building, developing and cultivating a unique style of quality management that will match the culture of the societies of Chinese. Catherine believes this is what the participants of the forum are expecting.
