The attendees were managers and executives working at some large enterprises of the major industries of Macau, including entertainment, hotel, retail and banking. With the primary aim of introducing QFD and informing the attendees that QFD is applicable to service industries, the workshop was successful and received much positive response. Many of the attendees claimed that QFD would be useful for the highly service-oriented industries of Macau.
