This is the 3rd seminar co-organized by Hong Kong Society for Quality (HKSQ) and our Association. After the 1st seminar on introducing QFD and the 2nd seminar on "Voice of the Customer" that held last year, this time Catherine talked about quality table. At the seminar, Catherine emphasized that completing a quality table or even a series of quality tables is not equal to doing QFD. Quality table is not the end but the mean facilitates the operation process of QFD. Using a typical HOQ as the backbone for her talk, Catherine first introduced the functions of each basic component and then used a case to illustrate how the key components be completed. On that evening, Catherine met some QFD Club members as well as some quality management practitioners from the wine, beverage, logistics, public infrastructure industries. It was an interactive seminar. Many questions on QFD implementation were raised for disucssion. Catherine was happy to share her experience and viewpoints with the audience on how to put QFD into practice.
