Having been advising on formulating the "QFD Project" of "Companion by Minitab", Catherine was invited to join the partner meeting that held at the Minitab's office in Central. It was a Christmas party. Alex Kwan, Country Account Manager, joined with Iza Ng, Business Development Manager, to take this opportunity to express their appreciation to their business partners and friends for their support during the year. At the party, Catherine met her old friends, Dr. Rita Wan and Dr. Jason Kong of ISSC, Dr. Sebastian Chan of SSI and Dr. Albert Tsang of ASQ Hong Kong. She also made some new friends, including Mr. Yiu Chow-Leung of HKQMA, Dr. Patricia Cheung of TQM Consultants and Mr. Harry Li of IISE.
