Alex and Iza of Minitab HK invited Catherine to join them to have lunch with their colleague, Austin Davey. Austin came a long way from the UK and spent only a couple of days on visiting their clients in Hong Kong and in the Mainland. They enjoyed plate after plate of dim-sum, and, they has a wonderful exchange on QFD practice and QFD software.
