In this year's guest lecture for Quality Improvement Methodologies, a module of the undergraduate programme of Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Total Quality Engineering of City University of Hong Kong that held on 6th March 2017, Catherine shared a case study of applying Modern QFD in finding out the important needs with a Thai beer of the drinkers in UK with the purpose of formulating marketing plans. With the case, Catherine explained how to conduct gemba visit, deploy the voice of the customer (VOC) into needs and identify the important needs with the use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
